Has pluses and negatives

Very difficult to put together. Just know that. Do not remove the zip ties holding it together. Try your best to unwrap it. You will need zip ties to make it better. It's cute, but a lot of work.

Very difficult to get to stay in the window with suction cups provided and difficult to get it to come out the way it looks on the display box.

I don't think you should account for empty strings when you call it 5'. It's fine, used some black zip ties and extension cords to make it look good.

Not a web when lit
I gave it 3 stars because it IS bright and the orange looks beautiful BUT anyone wanting to purchase this item should be aware that only the circle parts of the web have lights on them so from a distance (like someone driving down your street past your house) you can only see what can be described as a swirly circle and looks nothing like a web.
