You can't adjust how high the flame is. And it's noisy. No crackle. But it is nice and cozy

I had a great experience with same day pick up. The staff were very helpful when I picked up my online order & fit it into my car. It was relatively easy to put together with 2 people.

Bought this today and part #6 was made incorrectly and it was the first step. So now I have to wait for the correct part to come in before I can assemble it.

Love this fireplace, and that I can manage it from my phone. I changed out the hardware, painted the inside cabinets, and added lights. Well made and sturdy, I recommend it if your looking for one.

This piece is so beautiful, pictures don't do it justice! It's a heavy piece so needed some help lifting and putty it in my space but this 60 yr old grandma put it together by myself in about 2 hours! Also love the Bluetooth app that lets me use my cell to power up the fireplace! Ty Biglots!
