Love it!

Pros: Very well made and heavy. Looks fabulous on our patio. Cons: It says 10x12 but reality is smaller
Love this gazebo!

We have had this gazebo for 3-4 weeks and we have loved it! My husband installed it in steps over 3 separate days, then anchored it to our concrete patio. It has already been subjected to some strong springtime winds and it didn't budge. Just make sure to follow the steps in the instruction manuel for installation and be patience because it does take some time.
The Gazebo size, is not a 10×12

I'm truly unhappy with the size not being correct, we removed one with a soft top. We have been waiting for some help with the assembly, finally we get the help, to find out the size is a 8x10.
DISAPPOINTED THAT IS NOT A TRUE 10X12

We have been wanting to replace our soft top gazebo for a couple years now and finally we caught this one on sale but BEWARE, IT IS NOT A TRUE 10x12. Its much shorter. Very well built and sturdy. Assembly is a lengthy process. It took us 7 hrs to assemble. The directions aren't easy to follow as we had to disassemble and reassemble several hours in. Follow the pictures, get several people to help and use tall ladders. I'm so disappointed at the size but very happy with the quality.
A absolute must.

I've had mine for 5 years. Still going strong.. If you put it together properly it will last a good long time.. you'll need at least two people to put it together. A bit pricey now, but would still be worth it!!
Survived Hurricane IAN !
Submitted as part of a sweepstakes entry
We live in Fort Myers Beach, Fl and this Gazebo survived Hurricane IAN with 150 MPH + winds. The roof was damaged due to a tree falling on it. I will need to order some new roof panels but I lost my manual in the 8' storm surge that occurred during the storm. The legs were secured to concrete using concrete fasteners. Thank God ! This product is highly recommended as long as you follow the directions !!!!!!
Bc this gazbo is NOT 10X12 ITS SHORTER

Had this professionally installed. And I had high wind and a couple inches of snow and this gazebo totally collapsed. It didn't last 6 months. It is Garbage I wouldn't buy or recommend this gazebo.
Survived a Category 5 Hurricane! Well, almost...
Submitted as part of a sweepstakes entry
We kept this gazebo inside our pool cage. It was super heavy and sturdy. It survived the 1st half of the Category 5 hurricane including the eyewall. It was amazing how well it stood up to the 150+ mph winds! The backside of the hurricane picked it up and deposited it into our pool. But, in the gazebo's defense, the backside of the hurricane was the part that did the most damage to our entire community and the hurricane winds lasted for more than 8 hours which is just a lot for anything to withstand. I believe it might have made it through if it weren't for our roof tiles coming down and denting the roof panels. I think that is probably what gave the wind enough room to get under it. It was beautiful and wonderful and we miss the ol' sturdy girl a lot but we won't be replacing her any time soon, we have bigger hurricane damage to pay for first.
Very Pleased Highly Recommend

We originally bought a cheaper fabric on and it got tore by the wind! So we decided to go with a metal top one and have absolutely been pleased with it! We do birthday parties, baby showers, and all sorts of parties on our deck and we use it for photo back drops and main feature areas. Was well with the money! Will never buy another fabric one again!
