pretty canopy but with the first wind we got it blew over and broke. we still use it but we had to put ties in certain places to keep it up.
I would never buy feom Wilson n fisher nor sunbay
We bought for uncovered patio but due to seems ripping, pinholes, dry rot, rods bending and by sunbay owns admission, this canopy was made several Years ago and no replacement parts . The company emailed me And kept asking for pictures; canopy pictures, receipt pictures, box pics, Damage pics, pics of the instruction booklet. Then they told me it is old and no replacement part. I asked what is comparable replacement and when can u send.. can't get them to respond. Going to make a formal Complaint to attorney general this week. I'm Out of options and clearly they aren't willing to replace this with something else
