Very comfortable and the cushions are very firm which you want on a new sofa. Unfortunately the frame makes quite a bit of noise which isn't typical on a new item.

I just purchased the dorsten loveseat and chair and I love it. The color is a little more on the grayish side but it still goes with my decor. The cushions are firm but it's new otherwise very comfortable. I ordered this set online since they do not have this set on a showroom floor. I took a chance with no reviews. I'm very happy with my purchase
