Love the looks but is very poor quality. After just a few months we noticed severe sagging of the cushions. I thought no problem just turn them over, normally that's what I do a couple times a year to help with wear. Guess what? The underside is white fabric so no way to turn them. Wish I would have noticed when we bought it. I guess I thought all sofas had reversible cushions.

The ends are hard and the middle sags so it's hard to sit on the chaise because it dumps you towards the middle. It's two weeks old and the chaise is still stiff and slants.

I don't like this couch. Poor quality and this sofa is showing significant sag in all seats. Sitting to the left or right of the middle cushion has also become uncomfortable because it feels like your sliding inward toward the center cushion. Not worth it with this price.

For the price point I love this sofa chaise. My only complaint is that the middle seat of mine has started to break down after only a couple months.

This is the first time I had ever purchased furniture online without seeing it in person so I was skeptical. However, I love everything about this couch! It's great for smaller spaces and very comfortable. The delivery process was super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
Great couch when on sale and I've sat on many!

I got this 20% off and it was well worth it for my small living room. It fits my three couch sitters and on occasion dog well and is very soft and super easy to clean in the gray color. The chaise is just okay, I used drilled hooks and hooked it in so the foot ottoman would stay still to the couch and not budge and had to add a small piece of foam under the back to make it level (if you've read your feet sit higher than your butt and back) but for the price a little foam or cheap bassinet mattress levels the cushion.

I got this on sale and for the discounted price and picked up on my truck for not added fees I am extremely happy for the value. The material is super soft and very easy to keep clean even with toddlers and dogs. The cushions are so soft and snuggly. I have a much more expensive couch and my husband likes this one better. The chaise is a little hard, noisy like plastic and oddly positioned as the feet are higher than the back, but I put a piece of cheap foam under the butt part to balance it out.

Always pushing seat cushion in, pulling out back cushions. Only comfy to sit for short periods of time! My dog loves it
