While this mattress is very comfortable, it started to sink within the first year of sleeping on it. Would not recommend.

I purchased this mattress 19 years ago at Ashley Furniture. I'm super sad to have to replace my mattress which led me to pull the sheets off to figure out what the mattress is, then Google to find out Biglots only sells it now. For those reviews that say it dips in, ummm yes it sure does. Its ultra plush, you are sleeping on a huge pillow top to make it the softest ever. That is the point, if you do not like that, do not buy an ultra plush.
Worst mattress ever!

I've been going in circles the last 2 months trying to get a solution as this mattress sinks in deeply when layed on. I'm not a hefty gal to have this problem. I've contacted the store, Big Lots customer service, the manufacturer as well as Progressive Leasing and still have no solution. I DO NOT recommend this mattress whatsoever!

This is the most cheaply made mattress I have ever owned. I have had it less than one year and it already is sagging and is so uncomfortable now. It is worse then the 15 year old mattress I replaced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The worst mattress ever purchased. Mattress dipped in within less than two weeks! DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS.
Worst Mattress Ever - Sunk in within few months used
The mattress was comfortable the first few weeks. We had some great sleep nights on it. After about three months, it started to sink in. We rotated the mattress, and a month later, the bed sunk in, resulting in a very uncomfortable and hard mattress to sleep on. I can't believe Broyhill's product quality is this bad. We paid good money for the product and can't make use of this. And can't return the product. We had the mattress for less than 6 months. My wife and I are not big people. We both weights are around ~150 and ~180lb. We are very disappointed with the quality and customer service.
Beware read BEFORE you purchase
This was initially the most comfortable mattress Ive ever slept on!! Bragged it up to everyone, slept so great. BUT In about one month it literally sunk in and cannot even sleep on it anymore so hard and uncomfortable wake up every morning stiff. Very disappointed for the price we paid and I trusted BROYHILL as being a quality MADE IN AMERICA product
Don't do it !
I've had this mattress for 1 year and it's going in the trash. It starting sinking about 60 days after I had it and it's just been down hill from there. I'm so upset I spent money on this.
Best mattress weve ever owned
This mattress is the absolute best!!! It sleeps so well, for the first time in almost 30 years I can finally sleep all night!!! It was a life saver ❤ I cant say enough about it!!
the mattress began to sink
i thought this was going to be a good mattress and it began to sink and it was hurting my back --i have rotated the mattress serval times and that did not seem to help at all --could have gotten a better mattres for the price that i paid for this one
