This a really nice heavy jelly roll pan!
Terrible pan!
I bought this pan two days ago. I washed it. Then I tried baking sweet potato fries on it. I normally bake them for 10 minutes, but after just 8 minutes, the side of the fries that was face down on the pan was completely burnt! I think the non-stick cooking surface is the culprit.
