My husband has started using this (I am off jumping for another week due to a knee injury), he says it kicks his butt! At 68, going for walks with the dog are not enough. I will start soon, I do like that unlike a full size trampoline, where I often gave my self whiplash and it compressed the spine, this is a gentler way to jump.
