Tickled pink
We absolutely love our next couch. The quality is great. Hopefully it withstands time, but it feels really durable. Was easy to assemble. 2 adult men and 4 (sm-med) dogs fit very comfortably! We are more than pleased with our purchase. I read and researched a lot of couches before deciding on this. Glad we did.

From time of delivery smelled like Mildew after months it still has mildewy smell . Biglots furniture salesperson said it was the chemicals ( my whole house smelled like this for months ).Poor Quality Cushions back and leg reclining materials thin on foot rest , seat and back cushion padding do not adjust . POOR QUALITY FOR BROYHILL ..

I bought the entire set; sofa, loveseat and chair. The sofa had a recliner stop working within 90 days of purchase. The chair mechanism broke soon after. The loveseat is now dying less than 2 years after purchase. Buyer beware.
Stopped working

Had couch for a little more than a year and it has stopped working. As another review states, shows power on the back but not reclining and the usb ports stopped. No help from support

Electric couch stopped working within a year

We have the Broyhill Mason electric reclining couches and spent 2,000+ on them. Less than a year of owning them and normal use, one couch no longer works. It gets power but doesn't recline.
Uncomfortable
I ordered the Broyhill recliner sofa like they had in the store which was very comfortable. The sofa I received that looked just like the one I tried out was nice looking but very stiff. After a month and it was still that way I wanted to return it. They wouldn't even talk to me about it. Six+ months later it's still hard as a brick. Most uncomfortable sofa ever! The recliners on both ends work well but doesn't fit me like the one in the store. The material is ok but shows darker whenever anyone sits on it. Very disappointed and will never buy furniture from Big Lots. I wasted $1000+ and sorry I bought it.
