Didn't hold up
I loved this mattress at first, but after a few months it began sinking in in a couple of places. My husband and I are not large people, so we were very surprised and disappointed. It may be just the gel topper, as another reviewer mentioned, but it is no longer comfortable. I expect a new mattress to last at least a few years, but this one only lasted a few months. Very disappointed.
Not good at all for heavier people

We have had the mattress for over a year. When I bought this mattress I thought it would be excellent, with nice support. It was good for a few days and then the gel layer compressed and would not uncompress. It wasn't until then that I found it the fine print that the gel compressing and not uncompressing up to a certain level was acceptable. While it might be acceptable to the manufacture it makes for very uncomfortable sleeping. Would not recommend any mattress that was the gel layer.
Wow!
I cannot believe this. I purchased this mattress at big lots here in Las Vegas in September 20th ,2021. Now every day it has been sinking in. I want to return this or a replacement with a non defective product.
We love it!
We bought a year ago and love it. We both have bad backs and it's great support and I don't hurt when I wake up, yet the pillow top is really soft and cozy.
Diego Mattress
We love thia mattress we've had it a couple if months and still feels brand new. It is very firm but an excellent product. Thinking about purchasing a we one one for our camper so we dont have to transition between beds.
Firm mattress, restful sleep, happy
I am very happy with this mattress it's nice and firm and it's very comfortable and I fell right to sleep and wake up refreshed and want to go back to sleep. After looking at a few places and looking at the prices in the quality of the mattresses I somehow stumbled into big lots and realize they had mattresses and I tried several of them and I just love the Diego so I said I'm going to buy this mattress. It is a very good value for the money and not sure about how long it will last but we'll see with the boxsprings it's guaranteed for 10 years. If you'd like a firm mattress I would go with this one but if you're not used to for mattress I guess try with a softer one but I've always liked Sealy Posturepedic

We bought this mattress a week ago. I love it. My hips and back don't hurt. I do get a goodnight sleep.
Best Mattress
We were sleeping on a memory foam mattress. I noticed my back and hip pain was getting worse. We purchased this mattress 5 days ago and I love how firm it is. I wake up every morning feeling rested and without pain! I am a satisfied customer! The box spring was free with the mattress purchase. I am glad that we made this purchase.

I would not buy this again
The mattress itself was comfortable for me and my fiancé, at first... then the box spring broke in the middle of our sleep. Tried calling the store we bought it from multiple times about getting it replaced for a new but they keep saying that they can't replace it even though we got it less than 8 months ago. Highly disappointed
