Very poor quality and even worse customer service

I bought this in Febuary 2023. I used it once. I tried to use it 3 nights ago and guess what.. won't power on. I have tried calling customer service nightly, chatted with customer service, opened several tickets and guess what, Hoover is not willing to do anything beacsue I do not have my original reciept.. why? because who keeps those. So now I am out of 132.00 and no shampooer. Please do not buy this product. Don't even accept it if given. I wish I would have read through reviews prior to me buying!
Don't Waste Your Money

I bought this product back in January. At first I LOVED it. It was light weight, easy to store, and did a great job cleaning my carpets/area rugs. But after a few uses the brush roll area and dirty water tank were in desperate need of a deep clean. I followed the manufacturer's advice on how to take the brush roll apart and clean it (note: there is NO way to deep clean the inside of the dirty water tank). While taking out the screws I discovered that one of them was BENT (one of the long ones that hold the belt in place) and because of this the plastic that it screws into is stripped. So I can't clean the dirty water tank, I can't clean a part of the plastic covering that sucks up the dirty water/pet hair, and now I can't take the bottom off to clean the brush again without risking breaking the crucial piece of plastic that holds in the belt. While doing research on how to clean this product I discovered the "Powerdash Pet Advanced Carpet Cleaner" which they seem to have made to solve all of the problems with this product - You can open up the top of the water tank, it comes with a special tool to get inside the plastic piece that is uncleanable on the one I have, and you can easily pull open the cover to clean the brush roll without having to unscrew the bottom and pull it off the belt... Not sure why they continue to sell this product if they are aware of the issues. Obviously if it cannot be properly cleaned it won't be long before it stops working/gets clogged.

I purchased this product for my business and only got to use it once because it stopped working. After many times trying to connect with the company and being asked if I wanted to save my place in line, they would call back. Did they? Never. Chatted with an Expert, but didn't get far. They commented that their work hours are 8am - 8pm est... it is 1: 30pm and they aren't available. Hoover Moto "The Most Powerful Compact Carpet Cleaner". I would like a resolution, ASAPl
Power button stuck after only 3 uses!

I bought this machine for something lightweight to clean up after my dogs! I was super excited only to find out that after the 2nd and 3rd usage the power button wouldn't push down to turn it on! I am not sure what to do about and the odds of me taking it apart mid use to next to nil.
Quit After 2months

Worked amazing till it decided to quit after 2 months of minimal use. Left a big black streak on my carpet. Made an awful noise and spit out black pieces.

This is advertised for pets but is the worst vacuum I have used. I have short hair pets and this vacuum leaves clubs of pets hair behind. You have to take it apart to clean it!

Absolutely fell in love with my new Hoover power dash pet carpet cleaner! Was amazed at how light weight & durable the machine was right away not to mention how quick & effective cleaned & dried

I purchased this machine 4/11/23 and registered 4/13/23. I used it 1 time. Went to use again this week. Can not get the brush roller to rotate and it smelled hot. I sent email to customer support, but have not heard back. Serial # AT22101D190918.
