First it was very easy to assemble. I used it to clean my dirty carpet in my Master Bedroom. I noticed that the water that was being sucked it was black. This indicated that the dirt was being pulled out After the carpet was dried, I noticed that it looked new.

I used the rug washer twice and went to use it but no power. The store refuses to take it back so I'm stuck with a rug washer that doesn't work

I have tried over and over to make this work. It's impossible to clean and it leaks out the dirty water all over your floors and anything you cleaned. It smells awful. This actually makes it worse than before the carpets needed cleaned!

I got this as a gift and was so excited to use it. (I must be getting old lol) well I was HIGHLY disappointed when the water from the dirty tank was going back out on my clean floors! Leaks very bad!!

My previous Hoover Pet cleaner lasted nearly four years, so I replaced it when it died. The new one lasted exactly four uses, just over six months. Pathetic and I won't be purchasing Hoover again.
