The other Solar Bobbles work great. The Grinch doesn't

We have all the other Bobble heads from Big Lots including, Frost, Rudolph, A Christmas Story Leg Lamp, and others, and they all work great. Low light, heavy light any light. The Grinch for some reason stinks and doesn't work unless you have a flashlight directly on top of it. Weird because the same company makes all of the other styles too and those work great in any light. The Grinch sadly is a dud even after trying multiple ones.
