Juan Guerrero

Juan Guerrero is the senior vice president, chief supply chain officer of Big Lots, responsible for all aspects of product movement from vendor to store and company in-stocks (distribution, transportation, merchandising planning and replenishment, and eCommerce fulfillment).

Juan is a senior global executive with over three decades of experience across key functional areas of retail and supply chain operations, including logistics/distribution, procurement, and manufacturing. Before joining Big Lots, he held several senior leadership roles in supply chain at well-known companies like Bed Bath & Beyond, FleetPride — the nation’s largest distributor of heavy-duty trucks and trailer replacement parts — Office Depot, Starbucks, and Bloomin’ Brands — the global restaurant company which owns the casual and fine dining chains Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar.

Juan earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed executive development programs in leadership, negotiation, project management, lean, and creative problem solving and negotiation. Interestingly, he is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
