Shelly Trosclair

As Big Lots' Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager of Furniture & Seasonal, Shelly is responsible for leading the overall merchandising strategy and execution, driving sales and growth, and maximizing profitability across these two product categories. She joined the company in 2023 as the Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager, where she managed closeouts and liquidation opportunities.

Shelly is well-respected in the industry and has more than thirty-five years of experience providing customers with extreme value at well-known companies, including Tuesday Morning, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Burlington Stores, Sports Authority, Stein Mart, and Sears.

She earned her bachelor's degree in merchandising from Louisiana State University. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys gardening, watching sports, traveling to visit friends, and spending time with her husband, five children, and two German shepherds.
