Bruce Millard

Bruce is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce at Big Lots, where he is responsible for providing strategic direction in the development and execution of marketing and eCommerce strategies that enable growth and profitability. He has a proven track record as an innovative and results-oriented marketing executive with extensive experience in brand building, eCommerce, media buying, user experience design, and social media.
Before joining Big Lots, Bruce founded his own marketing services company, serving as interim CMO and advisor for various companies, including JP Morgan Chase. Prior to that, Bruce spent more than seven years at Safelite AutoGlass, holding several leadership positions, including head of marketing. He also has career stops at Abbott Nutrition, AOL, and Netscape Communications.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in media communication from Medaille University in Buffalo, New York, and enjoys metalworking, woodworking, making wine, and spending time with his family.
